About the Facilitator

Jim Benson has participated in and facilitated men’s groups for the last 13 years, including the most established David Deida-based men’s group in the Bay area. Jim brings a deep toolkit to his work with both men and women: energy healer in private practice; contact improvisation dancer and teacher; facilitator for emotional release work; and over 20 years on a path dedicated to conscious awakening. Jim has led Skydancing Tantra workshops internationally with Margot Anand. He has co-authored two books and is a former world champion professional athlete.
