10-Week Group Intensive

New Men's Group Forms Monday, September 26 in Marin County

Meeting with other guys on a regular basis is great medicine for all men. And if you can do so in a conscious way, so much the better. That's the basis for the short-term groups offered through the Awakened Masculine program.

The first objective in getting any new group of men together is to build safety and trust. If that fundamental piece is absent, the group will implode. Once safety and trust have been established, men can be challenged by the leader and the other men in the group. Challenge is one of the important ingredients for living a full life as a man, and it's one of our goals to find loving and inventive ways to offer challenge to the men in this group.

In this healthy environment, it's a simple matter to begin to shed old, outdated layers of the self and begin to grow into who you really want to be. Men in the Awakened Masculine short-term programs have reported the following changes in their lives:

• a softening of "heart armoring"
• a deeper understanding of the feminine
• less affected by the "Nice Guy Syndrome"
• a more embodied experience of life
• connected to a deeper sense of purpose
• a significant increase in income
• more consciousness and awareness in all activities

Also offered on a regular basis during the program are get-in-your-body physical practices, silent sitting, and occasional themes (like "dad" or "death") that turn into dyads or group interactions.

Program Logistics

You would be joining a new men's group that meets every Monday night from September 26, 2011 through December 12 for a total of 10 sessions. (The group will not meet on October 10 and 31.) We will be meeting in a central Marin county location.

Meetings will start at 7:00pm and last between two and two-and-a-half hours, depending on the number of guys attending.

Cost: $450 for the 10-week training.

The Monday night men's group is limited to 12 men. All sexual orientations welcome.

Free Intro Night

Want to try before you buy? Come to a free introductory evening for the Awakened Masculine Monday night group, one week before the 10-week program begins. You'll get a chance to meet other men who are interested in the training, experience Jim's leadership style, and experience the flavor of a typical Awakened Masculine group.
